Renee Ramsey Wins Event 9
Event 9, the $300 PLO High Double Board Bomb Pot, attracted 60 entries and generated a reported $15,000 prize pool.
Renee Ramsey reached heads-up play against XinXin Martin before the two finalists agreed to a chop. Each player collected $4,400, with Ramsey taking home the Showdown Series trophy and Event 9 title.

Gil Levy Captures the Last Chance
The series concluded with Event 10, the $200 Last Chance No-Limit Hold’em tournament. The event drew 67 entries and produced an $8,245 prize pool.
Gil Levy emerged victorious following a heads-up match against Samuel O’Bryant. Levy earned $3,092 and a $500 seat into the Fall Cash Out.
The Sanford resident has recorded more than $446,000 in live tournament earnings and has enjoyed considerable success at Daytona Beach and Orange City. Levy’s recent local results include a fifth-place finish in the Daytona Beach Summer Classic for $10,164 and a sixth-place finish in Multi-Room Mayhem II for $17,127. He also captured the 2025 Daytona Beach GAPT Championship for $35,827.
