The race toward Day 2 continued in a big way as Flights I and J brought the total entries to 830, pushing the tournament closer to what promises to be an incredible championship finale.
A total of 80 players are advancing to Day 2 from the two flights, each securing their place in the next stage

Despite the standout performances from Johnson and Alcala, Maroun Akiki remains the overall tournament chip leader with a massive 713,000 chips, a mark that still stands as the highest stack through the completed flights.
