Event 3 of the May Deep Stack Series brought plenty of action to Orange City Poker as players battled in the $300 Deep Stack Big O tournament.
The event drew 51 entries, generating a $12,750 prize pool. After a hard-fought final table, Joseph Stempek emerged victorious following a heads-up match against Brian Kent, earning $4,461 and the Event 3 trophy.
Stempek has quietly built an impressive résumé across both Pot Limit Omaha and No Limit Hold’em events, with more than $63,000 in documented live tournament earnings. His recent results include a runner-up finish in the 2026 Daytona Beach Poker Open Pot Limit Omaha/Big O event for $3,538, a victory in a Pot Limit Omaha Bounty event during the 2024 Moneymaker Poker Tour at Orange City Poker, and multiple deep runs in major Florida tournament series.
The May Deep Stack Series continues throughout Memorial Day weekend at Orange City Poker, highlighted by the ongoing $300 Kickoff and the upcoming $500 Monster Stack featuring a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool.
