Event 12 of the May Deep Stack Series wrapped up Wednesday evening at Orange City Poker as players battled in the $200 Triple Stack No Limit Hold’em event.
The tournament drew 38 entries, generating a $5,770 prize pool. Kris Adams emerged victorious after a heads-up match against William Hathcox, earning $2,308 along with a $500 seat into Event 13: the $500 Monster Stack.
Adams has become a familiar name throughout recurring events at Orange City Poker, recording multiple victories over the past several years. His recent results include wins in several GAPT Bounty and Double Stack Turbo events throughout 2024 and 2026, along with a runner-up finish in a Daytona Beach GAPT Classic event for nearly $5,000.
Action now shifts toward the start of the largest tournament of the series as the $500 Monster Stack gets underway Thursday at Orange City Poker:
- Event 13 Flight 1A: $500 Monster Stack — 11:10am
- Event 24: $120 Monster Stack Satellite — 3:10pm
- Event 12: $200 Triple Stack NLH — 6:10pm
With a $200,000 guaranteed prize pool and multiple starting flights ahead, the Monster Stack is expected to draw some of the largest fields of the May Deep Stack Series.
