The Daytona Beach Poker Open continued with Event 4: $300 Six Max/Six Card PLO High, which drew 70 entries and produced a $16,900 prize pool.
After a day of six-max Omaha action, the tournament concluded with the final five players agreeing to a chop. Michael Taylor of Sanford, Florida, who held the chip lead with 937,000 chips, was recorded as the winner and earned $3,000.
Taylor has recorded a handful of Omaha cashes over the years, with his previous largest score coming during the Tampa Downs Summer Series in 2015. With this result, he adds a Daytona Beach Poker Open title to his résumé.
