Tournament Director Byron Rodriguez shared his excitement over the achievement, noting that he expects the momentum to continue. “We’re predicting the total field will exceed 2,000 entries,” Rodriguez said, “and with that kind of turnout, the prize pool should easily top $400,000.” With multiple starting flights still ahead, there’s plenty of time for new players to join in and be part of this record-setting series.
