The Orange City portion of Multi-Room Mayhem II opened in a big way as Flights 1I and 1J delivered two strong fields and produced the largest stack of the tournament so far.
Flight 1I drew 138 entries and sent 18 players through to Day 2. Phillip Krnyaich finished the flight as chip leader with 1,200,000, giving him the biggest stack seen so far in the series. Krnyaich is no stranger to the spotlight, having recently won the Daytona Beach Holiday Classic, and he now sits firmly near the top of the leaderboard heading into the restart.
Flight 1J followed with another solid showing, bringing in 122 entries and advancing 16 more players. Joel Reagan topped the field with 531,000, surpassing his previous bag of 488,000 and becoming the first player in the tournament to bag three times.
Through ten starting flights, the series continues to surge. A total of 1,038 entries have now been recorded, with 18 multi bags already in play as players continue to take advantage of the multi flight format. The prize pool has climbed to $207,600 of the $250,000 guarantee, while the average stack sits at 232,000.
With Orange City now fully underway and several flights still to come, Multi-Room Mayhem II remains wide open as players chase big stacks, bonus money, and a seat at the live streamed final table.
